Cara Jeffery - Director and Speech Pathologist
Cara graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Speech Pathology in 2014.
​
Since graduating she has been working with children and their families in the private sector. Cara has a strong passion for delivering evidence based, client-centred therapy across a range of communication domains, including speech, language, literacy and pragmatic language. Cara a is fierce advocate for her clients and believes strongly in a world that embraces individuals for who they are. Cara opened Pocket Rocket Speech Pathology (previously Little Rockets Speech Pathology) in 2020 and is excited for the businesses rebrand and relocation in 2026.

Outside of the office Cara is a mother of two who is passionate about calisthenics, food and everything pink.
